There's countless ways, again I use SQLyog and click the button to run SQL script, you can use kiera/any other db mgmt tool, straight linux commands, etc.

I mean it changes the way you do it since the GUIs are different, or if it's the mysql terminal or what have you.

yeah im just new to sql in general, tryin to learn it though, the problem with google is the fact there are thousands of guides get a bit overwhelming
