if the module was updated recently, due to changes to playerscripts, they should. I've run into a few that weren't updated, and wouldnt compile

The playerbots core is usually close to up-to-date with the official azerothcore source. liyunfan tends to merge the azerothcore changes into the fork every Saturday. Very rarely more than a week can pass, life and all that comes up. The point is that every module that has been updated to work using the latest azerothcore source will work with the playerbots source.
