AQ gate is not there by default so whatever is adding it is responsible for opening it

Folks I hope this isn't too off topic, but does anyone know if the acts of looting and gathering item (not herbalism gathering) have actual spell IDs? If they do, I want to modify their attributes to make them "castable while mounted", so I can loot items while mounted, same as how Druids can loot while shapeshifted.
