I've been able to host it on my own machine to play with my gf in the same network while being public accesbile by my friends at the time.
What i had for me was
Address = MyIP
LocalAddress = MyLocalIP
My realmlist was 127.0.0.1 and my gf was my machine's ip and my friends was my public ip.
One of them try using hosting it, same setup as me but he had to bind his local IP in the auth and worldserver (i assume because he was on wifi)

so ive got my config setup where the ip is set to my server's LAN IP instead of 127.0.0.1 - check
i've got my sql database with the address as myip, and localaddress to be my local ip - check
ive got my realmlist set to my servers ip - check
