In my 30 min test this seems to have solved it. My max ping is 30ms during AH update cycles. Down from 160ms to 700ms depending on the cycle. I will keep watching. I thru bots to 2000 and AH to 10k for each and I still haven't peaked over 55ms at max with 4 players on. No hangups so far
