Also you mentioned your cpu never going above 30%, but are you looking at the overall usage or per core usage? If you have 11 cores at 2% and 1 at 100%, the overall will report low but your worldserver will hang

So I set the server logs to refresh very often at anything over 20ms, sent it thru chatgpt to analyze after reporting 4 different times I had spikes, and it said every time I spiked is when the AH-Bot (https://github.com/azerothcore/mod-ah-bot) scans its library to refresh. Even though the number of items for AH bot is turned down very low per tick to update (10), it is still causing the problem. After disabling the seller in the AH conf, I am not getting any holdups so far. I haven't fully uninstalled the module yet, but this is seeming to be the problem. It use to work fine for months until this past week
