This happens for all players on the server at different times so we will each get it randomly at different points regardless if we are fighting the same mob in a party or on opposite ends of the world

I have the 2 modules: playerbots and AH-bot. Everything else is standard build. The server computer is AMD Ryzen 7 5825U Win 11 Pro, 64GB DDR4 512GB SSD. Never seems to peak about 30% on CPU or Memory. I've tried all different number of items in the AH and player bots and nothing seems prevent the hang ups.

players vary from 1-10 online at a time, but if it is 2 or 10 it doesn't seem to change the holdups. Bots I have tried as hi as 2000 and as low as 50 and same thing. Nothing seems to change and players have random hangups at different times in the same fight

You definitely don't need your thread counts so high with that small of a playerbase. I have a similar setup and I have all threadcounts at 1 except the playerbots ones which are at 2 and mapupdate threads which I have at 4. I know it also sounds counterintuitive, but try setting bots active alone to 100 instead of 10, and disable the setting which automatically adjusts that number based on current latency
