They're actually not gray items. They are just like they were pre-wotlk but by default probably has no effect since the pet already has the spell

Not without rewriting the code, this is just the config
Another thing to note, the module makes permanent changes in the databse, so even if opting out, its still not going to offer the "full" WotLK experience, it will just remove the prog locks and restrictions

Individual Progression will bring them back if they are running that mod
