It turns out that while Heavy Linen Gloves is green item in WotLK, it's white item in vanilla. And since Individual Progression module changes some item stats, the discrepancy between the client display and the server data were causing me failing to disenchant them.

So the other question would then be: How to display the correct values for Heavy Linen Gloves (and other possible updated items I'm not aware of) in the client, considering I have Individual Progression? I have the Patch V in my client to align the updated values with the updated in the server. Do I need or have to do something else? Or is it an entry that's missed to be corrected?
