I tried, no error code

It's a success, everything is updated and then it closes (very fast)

No, navigate in the cmd or powershell to your exe folder and just type the name of the exe with ./ At the start and hit enter.

./worldserver.exe

What you're doing is trying to start a Windows service named worldserver.exe and that doesn't exist except you made it manually a service in Windows.
