Would the folder normally be empty on a fresh install?

I'm not finding any .dbc files. There are a number of .sql files that have _dbc in their names.

unfortunately I know nothing about docker as I don't use it, so I have no clue where it might have stuck them if it auto downloads them.
you can try going to your server directory and running `find . -name "*.dbc"`

I checked there, and don't see it. I have /etc/ and /logs/. It seems like Docker stores stuff in its own ProgramData folder by default, but I believe the script is overriding that. Would it be normal to delete the data after finishing, outside of a Docker setup?

the server requires the dbc files (and maps files) to run, so they need to exist somewhere
