Kind of, you can remove the server-side blocks preventing mounts from being cast in the old world, though clients need either some clunky addon work or DBC edits to actually cast the mount spells normally. Or just use the black qiraji wasp mount, it can fly everywhere by default

I dont mind doing the dbc edits. What would I need to look at?
