Okay. I read the entire file 3 times but I don't know how i missed those. I also missed the AiPlayerbot.EnableRotation setting. And it looks like there are about 20 settings in all for determining how many bots are logged on and where. And seems like some of these settings could conflict with each other.

Like I have starting level for all bots to be min so they always begin in their starting zone. Do you know if that has any effect on the SmartScale settings?

I am just not understanding what the Ai.Playerbot.BotActiveAlone = 10 does? Every minute 10% of bots have a chance of logging out/in from what I reading?

Also from what I am reading,
AiPlayerbot.RandomAccountCount is the number of accounts that can generate bots because whenever that is used by another variable it is multiplied by 10. So if AiPlayerbot.RandomAccountCount is set to 100, there should be a maximum pool of 1000 bots for anything used in the server. While Min and MaxRandomBots controls the absolutes of how many are logged in at any given time.

How old is your version of playerbots? In older commits, BotActiveAlone was 10 by default and scaling was off, which is less intuitive than now.
More recent commits have BotActiveAlone = 100 by default, and botActiveAloneSmartScale = 1
More recent versions also allow for RandomAccountCount = 0, which is to tell the program to automatically make however many accounts are needed, instead of you figuring out the calculations for how many accounts you need.
