Is there a good resource that goes over phasing? Is there a limit to the number of phases, and is that per zone or per area? How to change phases via quest completion? Can you add a delay or other requirement (leave the area) before the phase changes? My google-fu isn't really finding anything on this but instead on progression phases (classic, BC, LK, raids, etc).

there is not limit but implementation of AC has limit 32 unique phases if u want more u need to change implementation of it
