everyone on the server starts with hostile kirin tor reputation and cant get out of hostile in any way

That'd typically indicate something unusual about your DBC files as iirc initial faction standings are referenced from them. Possibly faction.dbc or faction_dbc in your world database

That'd typically indicate something unusual about your DBC files as iirc initial faction standings are referenced from them. Possibly faction.dbc or faction_dbc in your world database
