Before I forget, anyone can point me in the direction to remove dismounting in water? I tried messing with the player flags but the water collision seems really complex

then that was either described wrong or u understood it wrong....emulator is only server and nothing else so u need to customize it for whatever action is required to happen on server so if u want to create new BG u need changes to both client and server
