The PLAYERBOTS TEST SERVER correctly loads its worldserver conf so we are likely in the correct directry, yet it can't find the AOE loot conf (or dist if you haven't made a conf), suggesting your conf files are either misplaced or you are starting the FrostForge repack instead of the PLAYERBOTS TEST SERVER
