But the problem with any event is not having the data for them. e.g for the plague event how many people did actually sniff the event back in the day?

The main source of information is word of mouth, videos and old text. However, vmangos is fairly reliable for vanilla events that aren't implemented in AC, instead of going through all available data on Google.

Do you know how the events are implemented (top of the head) just in-game event with commands or / and server settings (like the island progression for sunwell)
