Slight clarification: It's not set when "buildling" the characters database, it's set up the script rolling the weekly raid quest. (The character database does more or less not control anything related to world spawns, that's the world database)

Turn on GM mode, click it, and do ".npc info" to find the creature ID, then set the size for that model in the creature_template_model table in your world database. For example, here I have my weekly quest target targeted
