Hello folks. I was looking at updating my server, and it has occurred to me that I am not sure how AC handles the differences between .conf and .dist files.
So say in worldserver.conf MonsterSight=30, and in worldserver.conf.dist MonsterSight=50, I assume that AC will go for the setting in .conf first, but what happens after an update if
A) The setting in .dist is renamed MonsterVision for example, and it's still MonsterSight in .conf
B) The setting in .dist is removed entirely, but it's still there in .conf
C) A brand new set of settings are added in .dist, but they don't exist in the .conf file

How are there 3 scenarios handled?

It'll be handled by the worldserver by printing an error about missing options and using the default value set in C++
