Mmm the server of course sends packets to the client with information like title, name, and GM/Dev etc. status, but the client is the one displaying it? And the GM tag is a little more complex than titles since it has many integrated client-side functionalities, including the chat tag

I haven't seen anything about that in the playerbots code so I doubt they queue 1v1
