You can keep it as a dist if you will never edit the settings haha

Better to copy it over to a .conf (without the dist) and put it in the conf directory, env/dist/etc I think

Gotta move it to the conf folder where your worldserver.conf is, then in that folder there's a modules folder where you put the module conf
