WORLD: World Initialized In 0 Minutes 10 Seconds
**StartNetwork failed to bind socket acceptor
Failed to initialize network**

then it proceeds to shutdown and loop. A quick fix or do i need to provide more info?

It can't use the port set so something else is using that port, for example another worldserver.
