so deleting from item_instance is enough for it to be deleted from bags and equipped

Not a silly question but I did not. I keep thinking something must have changed. I have the install on two computers so I'm just checking everything on this one to be sure that I didn't miss something.

Some languages are linked to spells and can get gunked up until you relog and the spells are reset on logging back in. The macro above, and possibly checking for inaccessible languages, can help troubleshoot further

He's deleting 4 items on both tables, just a delete from in is enough for each

It will wipe the items after relog but will not remove the items from the cache

Running a script to have the core remove the items, through e.g., https://elunaluaengine.github.io/Player/RemoveItem.html on a loop of all players in world, will do both, however. Up to you which approach you want
