Is there a module out there that allows spells to be casted in different states? I.E. allowing a druid to cast starfire in bear form or a warrior allowed to cast execute in defensive stance?

This will require both a client side patch and server side changes as there's DBC limitations preventing the client from taking action for example

So long story short, no simple module and cant be done fully through the db. ARAC works in a similar way iirc
