There is only one version provided and it is english. However, you can just use a french client and won't notice any difference.

You can get this files in English as Honey said and provided the link.
If you want the same Data but for whatever language you desire (this case french). You will need to have the World of Warcraft Version 3.3.5a Client (we recommend fresh, no modifications) installed (either in your windows or mac natively supported or emulate it in linux).
From that installed client you will the 4 tools mentioned (that you've to choose to enable in cmake (i dont recall the equivalent for linux, if it already doesnt compile with the tools by default).
Just have those tools in the same place as `wow.exe` it will extract each part of the `data` folder required for the server.
