Barricade of Eternity
Was once blue with a yellow star in the middle emitting light, now nice and red, which is much more appealing for a shield
Hopefully from these angles of screenshots you can see the shield properly, otherwise just DL it and install it, use Atlas/AtlasLoot to see it.
