I reset the passwords, old accounts still can't login so guess they somehow got removed. my power went out today while I was at work and docker was running on my computer. I don't know if its possible but could that have caused some kind of issue in the database?

my computer is on a powerbank so it didnt turn off but the router would've

No, if the data got corrupted you would've noticed in a worse way. Not that it would unless the PC died while the DB was running.

none of us were that far so we dont care about restarting, it would just suck to have it happen again
