That doesn't sound like stock azerothcore. If they're all level 40 and 60% speed you're using some kind of progression mod

oh, i have individual progression, i didn't realize it changed the mounts

Yea if you put it to a tier where mounts should be level 40 capped, they end up level 40 capped hehe

i just went through the config file and i don't see anything mentioning mounts. oh well, guess it doesn't matter too much
