I created a C++ script, but you could write something in Lua. It might be possible with just the database and scripts and spells, but I find Lua easier than working out all those tables

To add to Michael way, I did with only sql, teleport via smart ai, conditions and gossip. But this was an npc with an interaction

Would either of those I need to do a patch for the players or would it all be server side? I would be fine with an item or an npc!
