In general, it's a little difficult to offer support to repacks since we don't know how they're compiled and what is actually running on your PC, but the principle should be the same as other servers, you need to have the data files unpacked in folder /data/ so that the maps are in the maps folder, mmaps in mmaps folder, etc.
