If they're already logged into an account you can permit them to use the ".account create" command by changing the required security level to the players' account. See the "commands" table in the world database for more information. There's no way for them to create an account from the client if they are not logged into the world on account already

Yeah, i'm talking about brand new players wanting to join my private server.
Is it possible to have a public high permission account be used by everyone, and brand new players would log into it, to create their own account?
I think if they can ".account create", they can surely ".account delete" which would be bad ^^'

There are simple account creation tools like discord bots or very basic websites. A search will yield results here, on github and google, too.

If I were a new player on a server like that, I'd totally make a macro and spam it to create a buttload of accounts just to see what would happen haha
