(And I don't mean to be pedantic but "vanilla" usually refers to all WoW patches after the beta and before TBC, so the full game before any expansions. You may be referring to WotLK Retail, which we are emulating here)

There's no official install page as it was discontinued by Blizzard some 15 years ago but you can download it from publicly available resources such as torrents, public Discord servers, most private server hosts, archive.org, and other sources
