The process with be exactly the same as you did before. With the manual download. Open cmake (clear cache top left if not mistaken) just to be sure. Choose the source to be your new github repo download and use the same build as before. Generate and open the file. Clean solution just to be safe (but in the future you can just do build) then build make sure it set as it was in the instalation guide RelWithInfo (i think) 64bits. and when it compiles should just update your server (and when you run worldserver you will see itupdate) if it creates errors with no modules it tends to happens when to many updates have
