There's no worldserver conf setting to increase rate of item types, the conf mainly controls drop rates per rarity. If you want to increase drop rates for specific items, including prof items, you should cross reference the loot tables against the item template entries for profession items then run a blanket SQL command to increase those by e.g. 50%
