without client running, worldserver eats up this amount of cpu, which drives my apple-silicon beyond 55degree. (Oh, Ike3 playerbot module is working, that is why...) And that's the motivation of possible migration to macos, only if mySQL does not conflict with existing MariaDB.

Apple harderware tends to run better in macos as they are tested and made for it in a way, windows support multiple cpus so it tends not be as efficient specially when not officially supported.
Also you don't have the best of cpus, I would probably recommend you trying running it in Linux if you want the minimal usage by the operating system resources.

Note that your machine as it to run azerothcore is fine but since you're running playerbots it takes a bigger load

Of course, that is true, 50-ish random bots are filling the field not to make me feel lonely. And that's when I feel stronger need to migrate the server part to native macOS, only if I have the confidence of side-by-side run.. /sigh. MacOS runs vMangos effortlessly, machine is very chill if not run client in VM..
