Only by checking everything the module did and reverting every single query.
Alternatively, just drop the world database and let the core re-create it. Warning: You'll lose every custom change that you did not save to a file to be able to re-apply it.

i had to many that errors 2 days ago, when i was copy and replace sql files from modules in database (before i learn that i have to open it in db manager and execute )
idk why you got, if you doing that like me, can be a reason
