Honey has mentioned search for a cheap vps that has X specific specs. Or revision also, at least from the AzerorthCore team no one will recommend you a host directly. if others do is nothing wrong but the team doesnt.

Once a grid is loaded it remains so, this is by design. You will not see memory usage decrease over time

I'm guessing carbonite is some how triggering the zones to fully load. A little odd but not too unexpected I suppose
