Technically gnomes/dwarves don't because Gnomeregan isn't until 25+ but starting instance I wouldn't even say is a thing. Tauren can't go into razorfen initially, blood elves can't go into zul'aman, and undead can't go into scarlet monastery as they start off.

The only instance I would deem starting instance is ragefire chasm and that's closest to orcs and trolls.

Is there some code to enable automatic client patching? , For example, if the version of the client patch-a.mpq file is different from the server version, this code forces a patch.
