Looked in what I think were the right files and could not find where I might expand how many quests I can accept at once. I used 'quest' for my search in worldserver.config. was that the right one?

I'm not sure but I imagine the client is limiting it too

obviously not a Acore question and feel free to tell me if it's against rules to ask general wow dev questions here, but does anyone know what causes this error and how to fix? almost every healing over time spell gives this error
