I'm confused in your question the dungeon they mentioned for is Uldaman, as an alliance you dont kill him but he gives you quests

Well the quest didnt say (dungeon) beside it so I assumed before searching he was not inside the instance.

Baelog should be at the start of the dungeon (when you getinside of the instance, go left it's the first "clay colour" zone you go to
