i was able to build and it even shows in the worldserver that there should be items there but when i go look for them there isn`t any

You're supposed to be able to drop and re-create your world database at all times. That is by saving the queries you apply and not just editing things.
Under that prerequisite, no one should be worried about testing a query, because you can just undo it by wiping your world db and applying everything you had before once again.

Very good point, as such we should mostly be careful with acore_characters database. Thank you for clearing that up!
