I'm new to this and installed some modules which required running some SQL queries. This error message makes it sound like I shouldn't have run the queries through HeidiSQL. Is that what borked it? I've searched for this error on the discord and people said to dump the world DB and that didn't work, came back with the same error.
Looks like I will have to reload a backup. What's the proper way to apply a SQL query to the database without this happening?

You almost never have to run any SQL files manually, and you shouldn't. If you're having issues with some file not being imported from a module you do it but that's it.

Worldserver is responsible for importing the tables and updates, as well as module files if the module is set up correctly, to all 3 databases and authserver is responsible for the auth database as well

it may have been AHBot since it specifically says to manually import SQL into the database

It wouldn't cause an archive update to be re-imported and it'll fail since it's an old update
