What is the way spell_group_stacking rules in the db work in the game? If I got two spells in the same group and they cant stack, does the last one gets blocked or does he kick the previous one?

I think they replace because there is a group for potions and potions do replace each other, however is there a check to see if the replacing potion is actually better?
