Well, if I have playerbots I don't think they are necessary then use that type of mod, right?

Scale rewards in thet case i think reflect on dynamic getting XP and Money depending on the party size i think

That it's up to you. Try with and without it. And see how it goes. But if youre using the intended player size and gear for dungeons or raids i dont see much of a usage to it

it is now up to you i think. mod autobalance is capable on balancing dungeons and raids.
if you only want to have less playerbots to be played with, it might be recommended to have it (in my opinion).
as for equipment, it still also takes impact on how smooth your encounter might be.

You probably can change those rewards (as those have IDs associated to them and emblems are just an item that goes under "Currency"
