No luck. Gives message "Instances unbound 0" and problem remains. Can't queue for any dungeon in the finder, just gives the same "one or more dungeons was not valid" notice in chat.

Other characters on the account can still join as normal, but the one that just dinged 30 and tried to go into Gnomie is locked out fro every dungeon.
