Create a SQL dump of all 3 databases. Backup the build directory.

You could also backup the full source if you're into an offline solution.

DB would be enough but u would need to keep note of core and module commit hashes

Best to grab the whole build directory and do the sql dump, cover all those bases like <@595620700706832414> said

even the source is a bit redundant if its stored on github or somewhere else, but if you have custom patches and local changes etc.
