The moment you've your user and databases created (acore auth, world and characters) from the create SQL. Just run your auth and world server. It should populate it automatically. If it open and closes. Run the worldserver in the CMD it will tell you what error it is (without closing) If you dont know how to do it, scroll up or ctrl+f and search for the same answer or question has been answered by Kitzunu with exact steps how to do with the cmd
