in case anyone is interested in the solution i found:
when Action 69 - MOVE_TO_POS is used make sure to set ```isControlled = 1``` this resolves the "stuck" issue
now i only need to figure out how to "unquip" after 71 - EQUIP and how to modify the creatures damage via SAI

No, not by default. You'll have to add the new class combinations as well as any new race/class to the playerbots code before they'll use them.
