im checking and fiddling with keira SAI on this creature (its a quest creature like hogger with some extra moves, hard to call it boss) since 3 days and finally came here

If he goes back to moving to the place after being moved i will assume he's not "completing" his movement or needs to told to stop (doing that movement)

He already said it completes the movement and stops moving after.
